It was disappointing to discover that there was a lack of communication regarding the price and room changes, which caused some confusion upon arrival.

The room was clean and well-decorated with modern amenities. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay a pleasant experience.
while breakfast was provided, I was not given the option to choose my meal, which was a let-down. The advertisements for the hotel were also misleading, which was frustrating.

the exclusive facilities like the private swimming pool and the outdoor dining area were truly outstanding. the service was excellent, staff were always prompt in fulfilling my needs, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food. the location was perfect for accessing nearby attractions.
I did have one minor issue here. the hotel was a bit misleading about the breakfast options.
